In a world that is all about knowing the answer, solving the problem, tweet storms, and trolls … empathy is becoming a lost art.
As leaders it’s imperative that we know when we’re supposed to answer, solve, mentor, coach, guide, and when we’re supposed to listen and just show some good ol’ fashioned empathy. Truly, it’s not always about the nail.
